This unit is on a shared lot with a larger house that is also rented. The unit and the large house are completely separate and nothing is shared, except the entrance to the driveway. Guests for the apartment will not have access to the large house or surrounding area, including any of the land back behind the main house.

Stratham is also an excellent homebase for a family vacation or romantic getaway. Centrally located between Hampton Beach, Exeter, and Portsmouth, there's so many things to do! Enjoy Hampton Beach without staying on the strip, explore all of the shops, restaurants and breweries located right in Portsmouth, or take a walk through Exeter, a classic New England town. Stratham. This home is also situated within 3 minutes of several restaurants and shops right in Stratham making a "staycation" very appealing. We are also just minutes from Phillips Exeter, making this an excellent space for visiting families.

The apartment itself boasts high vaulted ceilings, a massive master bedroom with a king bed and a smaller second bedroom with two twins, making this an ideal homebase for a traveling family. The kitchenette space comes complete with electric cookware including a hot plate, electric skillet, Ninja counter-top double oven. We also have a mini-fridge, dishwasher, and Keurig. The open kitchen/living room provides a comfortable and spacious living space to unwind after a long work day. In the warmer months, the terrace off of the master bedroom is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage. This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. We have free parking on premises and a washer and dryer in the unit.
