Room 8 is a private, self-contained suite on the second floor of the building just behind the main house, with its own door.

It has a king bedroom with a TV, a full private bathroom and a large private deck. It feels like a small residence, with the shared spaces of both inns and all of downtown a few steps away.

Greenleaf Inn is a small, historic Boothbay Harbor inn at 65 Commercial St, above the harbor in the middle of downtown. Guests share a full kitchen and living room, the rooftop Sky Deck, a fire pit and the gardens. Parking is free on site.
