Welcome to High Tide House — a design-forward Keller stay with a little coastal attitude and absolutely no need for an ocean.

Bold architecture on the outside. Surfboards and unexpected details inside. Valley views out front. And two oversized garage-style doors that roll open from the living space onto a twinkle-lit deck.

This isn`t your standard suburban stay.

High Tide was made for people who appreciate a house with a point of view — but still want somewhere comfortable enough to kick off their shoes, pour a drink, order too much takeout, and stay up talking long after dinner is over.
With 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and room for up to 12 guests, there`s plenty of space to bring your people along.

ROLL THE DOORS UP

This is where High Tide really earns its name.

Two oversized roll-up doors connect the main living area directly to the front deck, blurring the line between inside and out.

Open them up when the weather is good and suddenly the whole space changes.

Music inside. Drinks outside. Kids moving back and forth. Dinner lingering longer than expected. Twinkle lights overhead as the sun disappears across the valley.

Morning works pretty well out here too.

Bring your coffee onto the deck, take in the view, and enjoy a slower start before heading into Keller or exploring DFW.

It`s easily one of the coolest parts of the house — and the kind of feature you don`t find in every rental.

INSIDE HIGH TIDE

The personality doesn`t stop at the front door.

High Tide mixes clean modern architecture with playful surf-inspired details, warm gathering spaces, big windows, and just enough edge to keep things interesting.

Surfboards show up throughout the house, but don`t expect seashells and beach signs.

This isn`t a themed beach house.

It`s more like someone brought a little West Coast energy to Texas and knew when to stop.

The main level is open, spacious, and built around being together. Sink into the living room by the fireplace, put on a movie, open the doors to the deck, or spread out without losing the connection between everyone.

Stylish? Yes.

Too precious to actually live in? Definitely not.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is big, open, and right in the middle of the action.

There`s plenty of room for the person actually cooking, the three people claiming they`re helping, and everyone else hanging around waiting for dinner.
It`s fully equipped for meals at home, with generous prep space and an easy connection to both the living and dining areas.

Just beyond it, the large dining table gives everyone a proper place to gather — whether that`s for dinner, cards, morning coffee, or conversations that somehow stretch until midnight.

SIX BEDROOMS. ROOM FOR 12.

When it`s finally time to call it a night, six bedrooms give everyone space to settle in.

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1 — Queen bed
Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
Bedroom 3 — Queen bed
Bedroom 4 — Queen bed
Bedroom 5 — Queen bed
Bedroom 6 — Twin-over-twin bunk bed

6 bedrooms | 7 beds | 3.5 bathrooms | Sleeps 12

The layout works especially well for families, multi-family stays, and groups who want to travel together without spending the entire trip on top of each other.

DECK AFTER DARK

If we had to pick a High Tide favorite, this might be it.

When the twinkle lights come on and the roll-up doors are open, the front deck takes on a completely different personality.

Pour something cold. Put on a playlist. Grab a seat outside and watch the evening settle over the valley.

You came to Texas.

Somehow you ended up with surfboards, open-air living, and a pretty great place to spend the night.

We`re not mad about it.

CLOSE TO DFW. HAPPILY NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF IT.

High Tide House is tucked into Keller, giving you convenient access to the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area while still offering somewhere quieter to come home to.

Spend the day out exploring restaurants, shopping, entertainment, sporting events, or whatever brings you to North Texas.

High Tide House is also conveniently located near AT&T Stadium, making it a great home base for Dallas Cowboys games and other major events. The NRH2O Family Water Park is just about 5 minutes away, and the Texas Motor Speedway is nearby for race weekends and motorsports events.

Then leave the busy part behind.

Come home, roll up the doors, light the fireplace, make dinner, and settle back into your own space.

Sometimes the best part of going out is having somewhere better to come back to.

WHY HIGH TIDE?

Because memorable trips deserve a memorable house.

High Tide isn`t trying to pretend there`s an ocean outside the front door. The name is more about the feeling — doors open, music on, everyone together, and nowhere you particularly need to be.

It`s polished without being stuffy.

Cool without trying too hard.

Big enough for the whole crew, but still full of spaces that feel intimate.
And just unexpected enough to make you remember where you stayed.

A little coastal energy. A little Texas edge.

Welcome to High Tide House.

No ocean required.
SURFBOARDS & WALL DÉCOR

The surfboards throughout the home are decorative only and must not be touched, removed, climbed on, leaned against, or used in any way.

For everyone’s safety, children must be supervised around all décor. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury resulting from tampering with, moving, or improperly using the surfboards or other decorative installations.

Please enjoy the look — but leave the boards exactly where they are.

No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
