The apartment features a welcoming living room, a dining room with seating for up to 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, refrigerator, combined microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cookware, and essential kitchen utensils. There are two shared bathrooms, including one with a shower and WC and another with a shower without WC, as well as one private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC. The six bedrooms are arranged with one king-size bed in Bedroom 1, which also has the private en-suite bathroom, one king-size bed in Bedroom 2, one queen-size bed in Bedroom 3, and double beds in Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6.

For a comfortable stay, the apartment provides quality bed and bath linen, premium bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, washer-dryer, hair dryer, toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper, as well as a safe. A baby cot and high chair can also be provided upon request.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building, and only registered guests who have provided valid identification may access the property. Identity documents for all adult guests are required, and professional cleaning is carried out before arrival and after departure.
