It is a residential community that features a mix of single-family homes and townhouses, and it is known for its prime location near the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The neighborhood is also close to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, as well as numerous parks and recreational areas.

There are several transportation options available in the area, including:
-Private Vehicle: Many residents in Sunrise Intracoastal own a car or have access to one. The neighborhood is conveniently located near major roads such as US-1 and Sunrise Boulevard, which provides easy access to other areas of Fort Lauderdale.
-Public Transportation: The Broward County Transit (BCT) operates several bus routes in the area, which provides residents with access to other parts of Fort Lauderdale and beyond.

Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, I cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
➤ I have a doorbell camera at the front door of the property for our guests' and the property's safety purposes. This camera is actively recording images, and the building has cameras in the hallways and on the exterior for added security.
➤ The shared laundry facilities in the laundry room are located by the elevator on the 3rd floor.
➤The POOL RULES here at Colonial Manor West are "No One is Allowed in the pool or pool deck from Dawn to Dusk.
