Home Business welcomes you to a bright and elegant space, designed to combine efficiency and relaxation. An office area and Wi-Fi to help you get work done, plus a private outdoor space to unwind after a long day: perfect for professionals on the go as well as couples on vacation. Downtown, the cathedral, and restaurants are just a few minutes away. The SNCF train station is about 15 minutes away (Paris St-Lazare is about 1 hour), with bus stops nearby and free parking. A convenient and peaceful retreat, ready for you upon arrival.
1. Occupancy Capacity
The accommodations are reserved exclusively for the number of people specified in the reservation. Any additional guests must be declared and authorized in advance. The rate varies depending on the number of guests (linens, supplies, utilities, etc.).
If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the security deposit will be forfeited.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: from 4:00 PM, self-check-in, with no time limit.
- Early check-in: available from 2:00 PM, subject to availability and for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Check-out time: by 11:00 a.m.
- Late check-out: check-out by 1:00 p.m. is possible, subject to availability and for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Use of the Premises
Please treat the furniture and equipment provided with care. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately and may result in a claim for compensation. The accommodation must be used in a normal manner and returned in good condition.
4. Cleanliness and Trash
Please sort your trash properly, empty the trash cans before you leave, and do not leave dirty dishes behind. In the event of non-compliance requiring a thorough cleaning, additional fees may be charged.
If unusual waste is found (furniture, suitcases, large boxes, appliances, excessive bags, etc.), disposal fees may be charged. Between €80 and €150 depending on the volume and disposal cost.
3. Respect for the Neighborhood
Please avoid causing noise disturbances, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
4. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
⚠️ If the rental unit smells of cigarette smoke, an air decontamination fee of €114 will be charged.
5. Pets
❌ Pets are not allowed.
If a pet is found in the property or if damage or soiling caused by a pet is discovered, a thorough cleaning will automatically be charged.
6. Safety and Responsibilities
Please lock the property and close all doors, windows, and shutters when you are away, in accordance with insurance requirements. The host assumes no liability for theft or loss of personal belongings.
7. Parking
If the property does not have private parking, parking spaces may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. We accept no liability for any damage, maneuvering difficulties, or misuse. If in doubt, please ask for the dimensions in advance.
8. Use of Equipment and Electricity
The equipment is provided for normal and reasonable use. Please use them in accordance with the instructions in the welcome booklet and report any malfunctions.
⚠️ It is strictly prohibited to charge electric vehicles, industrial batteries, or any personal equipment that results in excessive electricity consumption. Any abnormal consumption observed may result in additional charges.
9. Internet and Responsible Use
A Wi-Fi connection is provided free of charge (or a 4G dongle is available for an additional fee upon prior request). Use must be legal and responsible. No compensation will be provided in the event of a service provider outage.
10. Lost and Found
Lost items will be held at the concierge desk for a limited time. Arrangements for pickup or shipment can be made for an additional fee. Items are shipped only once a month.
11. Departure
Before leaving, please make sure that all appliances are turned off, that the windows and shutters are closed, and that the unit is tidied up in accordance with the instructions in the welcome booklet. The procedures for returning access items (keys, key cards, codes, or electronic devices) are specified in the welcome booklet and must be strictly followed.
12. Penalties
In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, the host reserves the right to file a complaint and seek compensation based on the damages observed.
