The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a comfortable drawing/living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, private swimming pool, garden, BBQ area and terrace. All four bedrooms are furnished with comfortable king-size beds, air conditioning and storage facilities. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware and cutlery. The dining area comfortably seats up to 8 guests. Guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, beautiful garden and BBQ area, making the property perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. Two reliable house staff members live on-site and assist with gatekeeping, indoor cleaning and outdoor cleaning. A separate laundry area with a washing machine is also available. Cook service is available upon request for PKR 2,500 per day. Guests provide the groceries and ingredients. The villa is located in DHA Karachi, approximately 10 minutes from Sea View Beach and around 30 minutes from Jinnah International Airport, depending on traffic.
