About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned Haussmann-style flat in Paris for rent. It measures 77 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. With Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we’re just waiting for you!
Located on the first floor (with a lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 30 m² living room with a double sofa bed (140x190), a TV and a dining area
– A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and a wardrobe
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a wardrobe
– A bathroom with a bath, double washbasins and a toilet
– A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally situated in Paris, in a very pleasant neighbourhood on the banks of the Seine. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Things to do:
– Visit the Eiffel Tower
– Take a barge trip on the Seine
– Public swimming pool and gym 200 metres away
- Roland Garros (about 10 minutes’ drive)
- Parc des Princes (about 10 minutes’ drive)
- Stade Jean Bouin (about 5 minutes’ drive)
- Bois de Boulogne and its two lakes
- Numerous cultural activities throughout Paris
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat (paid parking).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Public transport (metro, bus and Vélib’ bike hire)
– Montparnasse station (40 mins by metro, 15 mins by car)
