Welcome to this spacious 4-bedroom mountain retreat in Spring Creek Village, one of Canmore`s most sought-after neighbourhoods. With stunning Three Sisters views, a bright open living space, and room for up to 12 guests, this home is a comfortable base for families, groups, or friends exploring the Rockies.
You`re just steps from downtown Canmore — restaurants, cafés, shops, creekside pathways, and trailheads all within easy walking distance.

The main living area is bright and welcoming, with a large open-concept layout connecting the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. A cozy gas fireplace anchors the room, with plenty of comfortable seating and space to spread out after a day in the mountains. The living room also has a sleeper sofa for two additional guests.

Step out onto the big private balcony to take in the Three Sisters. There`s a gas BBQ and comfortable seating out there — ideal for morning coffee, evening drinks, or grilling dinner with the peaks in front of you.

The den bunk setup is great for kids or a second group, and the separate bedrooms mean everyone gets their own space. The pictures currently show a sleep sofa in the den which will be updated to the bunk bed mentioned above before our listing opens in October!

House Rules:
- Per the building bylaws, quiet time is between 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
- Minimum Rent Age: Please note the primary renter must be 18 years or older to rent this property.
- No outdoor shoes are permitted throughout the unit.
- The building is a no-smoking zone. Smoking or vaping indoors, on the open patio, or deck is strictly prohibited. A minimum $500 fine will be imposed on violators and a possible suspension of account by Airbnb depending on the damage.
- In respect of other tenants or guests in adjacent rooms, parties are strictly prohibited. Making noise or playing music that is beyond acceptable level is not allowed.
- Please be courteous to neighbors on the balcony.
- Please load the dishwasher before leaving.
- There is a garbage room downstairs, please throw out garbage before checking out.
- Please ensure to take all your belongings at check out. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Items left in the condo will be stored for 30 days and donated or discarded thereafter. There will be a service fee for any lost and found handled and returned to the guests on top of any shipping fees if required.
- Sorry, we love pets but can`t accommodate them at this time.
