Semi-detached house in DUPLEX of 65 m2 close to all sites and amenities located in a private domain with access to a collective swimming pool, 2 private enclosed patios, free private parking space.
Ideal family stay 2 adults and 2 children or 2 couples. Upstairs, a sofa bed in 140 is at your disposal on the mezzanine overlooking the living room.
500 m from the forest with the cycle path and 3.5 km from the ocean (11 minutes by bike and 6 minutes by car).
T3 composed on the first floor:
-a convivial living room: living room (table for 6 people, sofa relaxation area, TV), equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, hood).
-a bathroom with bathtub (washing machine, hair dryer)
-a separate toilet
-a bedroom with a double bed 140*190, wardrobe, and direct access on the first floor at the back to a patio without vis-à-vis, quiet for relaxation.

-a relaxation area on the mezzanine open to the living room with a sofa bed 140*190 (possibility of extra sleeping), equipped with a large skylight

The communal swimming pool open to all residents from mid-June to mid-September (from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm), is not supervised but is secured by barriers.
