The house is situated in peaceful surroundings with a lawn offering space for play and relaxation, as well as a wood-fired hot tub. To the west is a large, partly covered wooden terrace, and to the east a covered outdoor area. The property is surrounded by trees and greenery without blocking the sunshine.
The house is 52 m² and has a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and an additional room with a sofa bed (140 cm) for 2 people. The annex has 2 additional sleeping spaces in bunk beds in a room of approx. 25 m².
Shopping facilities are approx. 1 km away, both within walking distance and by car. The attractive beach at Blokhus is approx. 3 km away and is perfect for swimming and long walks. You can walk or cycle most of the way to both the town and beach via paths and through the forest. In town you will find shops, cafés and restaurants.
The area offers marked hiking trails through forests and plantations, as well as plenty of opportunities for excursions to local attractions. Fårup Sommerland, Fun Art Center and a golf course are also nearby. Note: Not for commercial rental.
