About this apartment rental
This one-bedroom condo is designed to feel like a private retreat. It features a king bed, huge walk-in closet, cozy living room and charming dining area with a dedicated desk + printer. You’ll find a full kitchen, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a classic bath with a tub/shower combo. Step out back to your private patio for fresh air, and take advantage of the community pool. A well-rounded retreat that’s perfect for longer stays, remote work, or simply slowing down.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, the back balcony area, and any common areas.
-All guests will have to abide by HOA rules & will have to sign an agreement provided by the HOA.
- Any pets must be registered with the HOA & are required to be up to date on all vaccinations.
- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
- No trash can be left outside of the condo. All trash must be placed in the dumpster near the entrance.
- One numbered parking spot available for the condo. The HOA will immediately tow any vehicles that are parked in other assigned spots.
- Guest parking is located at the front entrance, to the right, along the cement retaining wall.
- A key will be provided for your individual mailbox.

We mainly communicate through the app, between 7am-9pm. However, please call us if you have any issues!
