Upstairs: One bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a second bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a shower room with WC, separate WC, and a third bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed with two single beds (90 x 190 cm).
Fiber optic internet access via a set-top box - Smart TV.
For babies: High chair, travel cot, baby bath, changing table, potty.
Outside: a private, enclosed 200 m² courtyard with access to a barn for parking two cars, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a private 5-person hot tub under a covered shelter, usable year-round.
