The central living area includes a television and flows into a fully equipped kitchenette outfitted with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Glass doors open out onto a private balcony or terrace furnished with outdoor seating, overlooking the surrounding property.

Guests have access to a variety of shared on-site amenities, including an outdoor heated swimming pool open from April through October, a table tennis table, and a dartboard. Additional conveniences available include internet access, parking, an iron and ironing board, and two separate toilets for added group comfort.
