Parking for up to 2 vehicles. A Tesla EV charger is provided; guests with other EVs must bring their own compatible adapter.

• Mountain roads in the area are paved but can be narrow and winding

• Wildlife is common in the Smokies — please enjoy from a safe distance

• Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance, driveway/parking area and maintenance stairs only

• No cameras are located inside the cabin or directed toward guest decks or the hot tub area

• Hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled between guest stays

• No smoking or vaping

• No pets

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
