Sleep Well near Franklin Park and Downtown

This is a quiet place with furnishings made to make our guests feel like HOME. All of the basics are covered as we are very minimal in the design. This is a small complex with friendly neighbors so you may see others coming and going. In the warmer months it’s great to take a walk to the park or local market.
Guests have access to full home except the lower level storage area.

We're pretty hands off but are available if anything is needed. Sending a message via the app or text is best.

This is an amazing location right across from the beauty of the franklin park conservatory. The Alum Creek bike path is near - also you are walking distance from the new East Market, full of restaurants, shops and Winston's coffee! Columbus Brewing Co and other venues are minutes away. If youre in the mood to workout the Aldon YMCA and Fitness Loft are nearby. Kroger and Giant Eagle Market are less than a mile away for grocery runs.

Our townhome is right off of Broad street with the public COTA bus in front. We have dedicated free parking and a gate that leads you to the front door. If using Uber, you’ll give them directions to meet you in the front of the building for easy pickup.

Parking is in the adjacent lot and is accessed via the alley behind the units. We’re put pictures in the check-in instructions to help. Also if you want to see the nearby festivals, checkout the Experience Columbus website.
