The spacious king suite was designed to feel like your own private spa retreat. Sink into the luxurious king bed after a day of hiking or shopping, then relax in the freestanding soaking tub surrounded by soft lighting and cozy cabin ambiance.

🐾 Pet-Friendly Cabin (1 Dog Max)





Your furry companion is welcome to join your Smoky Mountain getaway. We happily allow one well-behaved dog under 40 lbs so you don’t have to leave part of the family behind.

• $35 per pet per night





To keep the cabin clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our pet rules before booking. Dog bowls and waste bags are provided for your convenience.

Guest access

you will have access to the entire cabin except for the owners closet and the bin on the back porch.





Other things to note

-Early check in fee (1 pm)will be $40 when available. Please let us know upon booking. We will send a request for additional payment.

-Firewood for the fire pit is not provided.

-Charcoal for the grill is not provided.

-Bring passwords for tv streaming services.

- A ring camera flood light is directed towards the driveway only.

- Food and drinks in pictures are not included.

- The cabin is on a pest control program and has landscapers. They may come on days the cabin is occupied.

- There is a slight incline to get to the cabin. Be mindful in the winter months. 4x4 recommended in the winter.

-We will decorate for the Holidays. Decor may differ from photos.

-We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/personal matters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.





Pet Rules





-1 dog max (no exceptions)

-Please keep dogs off furniture and bed

-Pups must be kenneled if left alone no kennel provided

-PLEASE Clean up after your dog (inside & outside)

-No excessive barking



- Additional $200 fee plus damage costs will be applied for excessive cleanup and damage upon check out



Other Things to Note:

★ STARTER KITS ★

We supply a convenient starter kit including bar soap, liquid dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, a laundry pod, and paper towels. This will cover your first night, but please plan to bring or buy more for longer stays.



★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

The health and safety of our guests are our top priority. We implement a rigorous cleaning protocol after every single check-out.



★ PETS ALLOWED ★

We love furry family members! Please contact us prior to booking regarding our pet policy and additional pet fees.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

This is a strictly smoke-free property inside. Evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and deep-cleaning fees.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home with respect to preserve its pristine condition for future guests.
