Conveniently located on the first floor for easy access. Newly renovated

spacious condominium with 3 bedrooms, full size crib, and 2 full bathrooms .

Full kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer. Great for families.



-Please note the "Princess" room has a full size bed which sleeps 2, with a twin size trundle bed designed for young adults which is your 3rd bed.



-The "Mario Brothers" room is a "bunk bed" The top is a twin bed designed for 1 person , and the bottom is a full size bed which sleeps 2.



-There is a full-size Mickey themed restroom with tub and sink in the hall bathroom.



-The Master bedroom "Beauty and Beast" room has a King size bed which sleeps up to 3 guest. Also in this room is full size crib.



The master bedroom has its own in suite full-size bathroom with double sinks.

Walk-in shower with a brand new multi jet showerhead.



Check in & check out times are strictly enforced.



Max Capacity of 8 guest is strictly enforced at all times, to include children

and visitors.



Events / parties / social gatherings of any kind are not allowed.



Guest caught breaking such rules will be asked to vacate the home and will

forfeit any refunds.



Active exterior security camera is located at front entry door for your

safety. There are no cameras located inside home.



There is a strict NO smoking/vaping policy inside condo, please do so outdoors

only.



NO PETS ALLOWED of any kind!



Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.



House manual is blue binder located directly by front door.



Wi-fi information is provided in manual. As well as other helpful tips.



Check out instructions is located in last page of blue binder. Please follow

check out instructions.



A "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish

soap, and garbage bags is provided.



Additional supplies are to be purchased by guest. Bath products (personal

toiletries) not provided. Only one set of travel size shampoo/conditioner/body

soap/lotion provided.



Cooking pots & pans/utensils/plates/glassware provided. However no food,

coffee, or condiments, provided.



Please do not wash the white linens or towels that are provided with colored

items.



Please no metal or aluminum items in microwave.



Garbage disposal is for food only, no other objects. .



We ask that you please keep noise level to a minimum out of respect for our

neighbors.



Please discard all garbage from the home in community dumpsters located just

steps away.



All dishware and kitchen items must be washed and returned to their proper

location.
