Things to know
• Please excuse the cow noises and our dust. This is a working cattle ranch with active machinery, equipment, shops, and livestock.
• Housekeeping services are available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for an additional fee of $300 plus applicable taxes per stay.
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Primary guest must be 21 years of age or older to book.
House rules
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events allowed
• No smoking is allowed
• Commercial photography allowed
• Do not approach, touch, or feed the cattle.
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Feel free to hang outside the house; just be careful of the hot-wire electric fencing and the cattle.
• Do not go near any of the shops, barns or machinery for your safety.
• This property has exterior cameras for your safety and the protection of the ranch. Cameras are located at the driveway and barn (to protect vehicles and equipment) as well as the front and back doors. They monitor the entrances and surrounding pastures where our cattle graze. No interior cameras.
