The Space:

This stylish two-bedroom Otium apartment combines contemporary comfort with a laid-back jungle atmosphere.



The apartment features one king bed and a double-over-double bunk bed, making it a comfortable choice for couples, families, or groups. Step outside to your private terrace with a jacuzzi, or spend the afternoon by the shared pool. The property also includes a gym, air conditioning, modern interiors, and inviting outdoor spaces designed for slow mornings and relaxed evenings.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to the entire apartment, including your private terrace and jacuzzi, as well as the property’s shared amenities and common areas.



The Neighborhood:

La Veleta is one of Tulum’s most vibrant neighborhoods, known for its relaxed jungle setting, independent restaurants, cafés, wellness spaces, and local food spots.



Head to Calle 7 for boutique cafés, international dining, and casual taco spots. Nearby, Holistika offers yoga, wellness, and art, while Palma Central is a favorite for food trucks, live music, and laid-back evenings.



Here, you get the best of both worlds: a peaceful tropical setting with Tulum Pueblo’s restaurants, nightlife, and attractions within easy reach.



Getting Around:

A bike or scooter is one of the easiest ways to explore Tulum from C. 6 Sur. The beach is approximately 10–15 minutes away by bike or scooter via Avenida Kukulkan, while Tulum Pueblo is about a 5-minute drive.



Taxis and local colectivos are readily available, and rental cars can be parked directly in front of the property.



For a change of scenery, some of Tulum’s most popular cenotes, including Cenote Calavera and Gran Cenote, are approximately a 15-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 3P local time. Checkout time is at 12 PM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 12 PM will have an additional cost.



Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
