A corner of paradise 200m from the beaches (+dog beach) and 20min walk from the Old Port.Nestled in a green setting (⚠️ mosquitoes) this independent shed has 1 outdoor bathroom, 1 summer kitchen and 1 private garden. Free parking 50m away. It is adjoining my house, where I live with my dog, and right against the famous pedestrian path, close to amenities and lively places.
Here no ostentatious luxury or services 5⭐ but a simple, warm and atypical place.
