About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this holiday home for rent in Saint-Brevin-les-Pins, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a floor area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of approximately 400 m².
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– A 20 m² living room with a sitting area opening onto the garden and a fitted kitchen featuring, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a filter coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and a hob…
– A conservatory with a dining area opening onto the terrace.
– A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2).
– A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space.
– A shower room.
– A separate toilet.
Upstairs:
– A TV lounge.
– A bedroom with two single beds.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
– A lovely 400 m² garden with a terrace and garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Brevin-les-Pins, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
