• 66' Canal Frontage: Cleats on the seawall allow for easy tie-up (accommodates boats with up to a 2' draft—we've easily docked two 24' boats).
• Boat Ramp Access: A community boat ramp is just 100 feet down the street. Rental options are nearby for experienced boaters, or let one of our favorite local captains pick you up right from the seawall!
• Paddle & Explore: Launch a kayak right from the house—we frequently spot manatees, and the nearby mangroves are incredible to explore. Quick boating access to both the Atlantic and the Gulf.
