4. Minimum booking age is 25.
5. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
6. The cleaning fee covers preparation before your arrival. Excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in an additional fee based on time needed. Guests are expected to dispose of trash and return items to their original locations.
7. Check-out is at 11 AM. Departures after this time without prior approval will incur a full additional night’s charge.
8. A digital House Manual will be emailed to you a few days before your stay. It includes check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, appliance info, and more.
9. No pets allowed.
