This is a spacious 2 bedroom first floor apartment very close to downtown and hospitals. Shower with Laundry on one end and half bath on other. The home is in a commecial/historical residential neighborhood. Publix supermarket is 3 minutes away as is hospitals and downtown. SEE "OTHER NOTES" for more details.
Other things to note
Home has exterior video surveillance. soundproofing materials were added between the first and second floor. it is nearly impossible to eliminate all sound carry over. We have measured the level and typically it ranges between 40 & 50 decibels. below is a chart so you may determine if it would be a nuisance to you.
