This studio is situated above a coffee shop in downtown Clarksville. You'll be just a couple of blocks from both Austin Peay State University (APSU) and F&M Bank Arena, making it the perfect home base for work or leisure. You'll sleep in luxury linens and enjoy the convenience of having a coffee shop and food options just downstairs. With a queen bed, a comfortable recliner, and a kitchenette, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home during your stay.
THE SPACE
You'll enter the unit on the side door of Plumb Line Coffee. As you go up the flight of stairs, you'll enter the common space which includes a washer /dryer. Your studio is the door on the right.

You have access to the washer dryer and your studio apartment
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Downtown Clarksville enjoys a nightlife. There are times when the noise/traffic may be increased. The nights when this may happen would be: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights. We have provided a white noise machine if you prefer to use one.
