Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This Long Bay beach villa featuring 1800 sq feet of A/C space with views of the Caicos bank. Enjoy two spacious ensuite bedrooms and a large open living, dinning, kitchen area. The outdoor space features decks, covered patio, and a relaxing pool with baja shelf. It's a 5 minute walk to the Long Bay beach via a path. A 2 minute drive to South Bank and 10 minutes to Grace Bay beaches, shops, and restaurants.
The space
Two bedroom ensuite villa located in the quiet neighborhood of Long Bay. Views of the Caicos bank from all bedrooms and living room. The villa is located 300 yards from Long Bay beach with access via a path. 1,800 sq feet of air conditioned space. A open floor plan with kitchen and living area. Ensuite bedrooms with 10 foot vanities, walk in closets and spacious bedrooms. The west bedroom has a king bed and the east bedroom has a pair of twin XL beds which can be pushed together to create a king. The rooms are mirrors of each other. Excellent for two couples or a family of 4. The outdoor space is a massive 3000 sq feet. Each bedroom and the living room have direct access to the outdoor area. A beautiful pool with Baja shelf allows maximum relaxing. Enjoy dinner outside or an evening drink upstairs and watch the moonrise over the Caicos bank.
House is stocked with coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, a collapsable wagon, and snorkel gear. It's a 10 minute drive to Grace Bay, 22 minutes from the airport.
Our home was built with sustainability in mind. 90% of our power is generated from the roof solar array. Excess production is stored in batteries for use at night or during power outages.
An 18,000 gallon cistern is located under the back patio. All outdoor showers, spigots, irrigation, along with the toilets are supplied by that cistern. When you take an outdoor shower, it's with rainwater. Please don't drink it.
For all other water, the home has a 3 stage whole house water treatment system. We are connected to the island water supply, no bottled water needed.
Each ensuite has a walk in closet with shelving and safe. Bedroom windows and doors have blackout shades.

You have access to the entire home, sits on 1 acre.
Other things to note
We strongly recommend renting a car. We are in a private neighborhood and only Long Bay Beach is walkable. Grace Bay car rentals is the only car company physically located at the airport. There are numerous other car rental companies near the airport with a short shuttle ride.
