PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: The center vestibule is shared by both sides of the duplex for backyard and alley access. Your home is completely private and separated from this shared space by a locking door.
