Luxurious apartment in Wennigstedt

This 56 m², two-level, two-room apartment—fully renovated in 2021—is furnished in a high-quality "beach house" style and is suitable for 3–4 people (e.g., a family with two children or a dog). It features a very bright living area with a Smart TV, a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), and a large dining table. There is a lovely east-facing balcony with patio furniture and an electric grill, offering morning-to-midday sun and a view of the greenery. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and an oven with a microwave function.

The double beds in the bedroom feature electric adjustable bases, and there is also a Smart TV in the room.

Wenningstedt-Braderup on Sylt combines a lively beach atmosphere with the tranquility of the Braderup Heath. Endless sandy beaches, the Wadden Sea, and idyllic natural surroundings invite you to go for walks and bike rides. Restaurants, cafés, and small shops offer plenty of variety and culinary delights. Centrally located, the village is an ideal starting point for exploring the island—perfect for relaxation, a family holiday, or active days by the sea.

Dogs and children are always welcome! Two dog-friendly beaches, various restaurants, mini-golf, a trampoline, a surf school, "Gosch," and shopping facilities are all within walking distance. Please note that there is only one bedroom; the second sleeping option is a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
