Strength Training: Heavy-duty Smith machine and squat cage setup for safe solo lifting.
Free Weights & Cable Setup: Complete selection of free weights, bench, lateral attachment, and pulley attachments for targeted training (chest, back, shoulders, arms, and legs).
Bodyweight & Core Zone: Dedicated floor area for pull-ups, core work, stretching, and mobility drills.
Ventilation & Space: High-ceilinged, well-ventilated layout giving you plenty of elbow room to train comfortably.
