About this apartment rental
Set within a heritage building, the apartment blends old-world character with an easygoing, lived-in warmth that mirrors the spirit of St Kilda. After a day soaking up the sunshine at St Kilda Beach, retreat to the living area and settle into the lounge with a movie on the wall-mounted TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a pour-over coffee setup, alongside a dining nook perfect for simple meals.
The bedroom is designed as a quiet retreat, complete with a king bed, clothing storage and a dedicated workspace. The bathroom includes a shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hot water. A private washing machine, drying rack, and iron make longer stays easy and practical.
The apartment is equipped with two portable heaters, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, to keep you comfortable during cooler evenings. A pedestal fan in the bedroom is also available for warmer nights.
Please note the apartment windows do not stay open on their own and will need to be propped open with a book if you would like fresh air through the space. The building also includes a small shared rooftop area, however it is not usable during rainy weather as it floods due to limited drainage. The property does not come with on-site parking, and street parking in the area has time restrictions.
Please note that the apartment is located on an upper floor and accessed via stairs only (approximately 30 steps). There is no lift, and it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The hot water runs on a tank system; when the tank runs out, it will take a couple of hours to heat back up.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
