The living room is set up for evenings in, with three sofas and a daybed gathered around a wall-mounted smart TV for a film once everyone`s back. Up in the loft, a dedicated desk under a skylight stays quiet enough for anyone logging on during the stay. With three separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a WC, all six can spread out and get ready at once.

Location
This is a leafy, residential pocket of Wimbledon where the mood stays calm even with central London a short train ride away. Wimbledon Village and its boutique shops, cafés and grand-slam tennis are a walk uphill, and there`s plenty of green space close by.

Good to Know Before You Book
The flat sits on an upper floor reached by stairs, with no lift. A neighbour lives directly below, so shoes off indoors keeps the noise down. Parking is on the street only, using a guest permit, charged Monday to Saturday during the day and free on Sundays, and a space is not guaranteed. Self check-in is by lockbox at street level, with full instructions sent on the day of arrival. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Extra charges
Early check-in and late check-out are available for £100 when the schedule allows, subject to availability and requested after booking through a secure third-party platform. Street parking with a guest permit is charged at £10 during paid hours, Monday to Saturday.

Booking policy
No deposit required.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
