Cabin in Broken Bow, OK

About this cabin rental
Cabins out here are few and far between. You'll spot more deer at your private feeder than headlights through the trees, and the only soundtrack is wind through the pines and the occasional clink of ice in a glass.
Made for double dates, built for eight.
Whether you're sneaking away with another couple, hosting a small family, or rolling deep with friends, The Gilded Spur sleeps eight in serious style. Equestrian-themed bedrooms nod to the golden age of horse racing — leather, brass, vintage racing silks, and just enough velvet to feel like you're somewhere you shouldn't be able to afford.
The full amenity lineup:
Pool with full pool bar (TV, fridge, fun — just bring your own drinks)
Spa circuit: sauna, cold plunge, hot tub
Outdoor gym + yoga lawn
Game room with 9-foot shuffleboard + arcade
Fire pit, horseshoe pit, hammocks
Private deer feeder + Lots of outdoor seating
Your private wellness club.
Start mornings on the yoga lawn, surrounded by trees and birdsong. Hit the outdoor gym, then move through the spa circuit: sauna, cold plunge, hot tub. Repeat as needed. This is recovery and reset territory — the kind of wellness ritual you usually pay a destination resort for.
The pool deck is the main event.
The pool sits at the heart of the property, flanked by a covered pool bar with a TV and fridge — pull up a stool, mix a drink, catch the race. Float the afternoon away, then drift to the hammocks tucked between the trees for the world's best nap.
When the sun goes down, the games come out.
Light the fire pit and pour something brown. Toss horseshoes under string lights. Drift to the game room for shuffleboard tournaments and arcade rounds that always pull a crowd. Outdoor seating is scattered across the property — every corner has a place to land with a drink, a story, or a long quiet conversation under the stars.
Exclusive by design.
Bookings are limited. The vibe is intentional. Come for the wellness, the design, the entertainment — but stay because you've never felt this far away, this well taken care of, or this in on the secret.
This is country club living in the middle of nowhere. Welcome to the inner circle.
Pets: up to 2 dogs welcome, added in advance, $50 per pet, per night. Crate them when left alone, keep them off the furniture, and wipe muddy paws at the door. Unregistered pets incur additional fees.
POOL CLOSURE PERIOD
To protect the pool during the coldest part of the year, the pool is typically closed from early December through late February. However, because occasional freeze events can occur outside this window, we retain some flexibility to adjust opening or closing dates slightly based on weather conditions.
Thank you for understanding—this approach helps ensure both guest comfort and proper care of the pool facilities.

The Gilded Spur is a luxury, secluded vacation rental in Broken Bow, Oklahoma — set in the heart of the Hochatown area, minutes from Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. The estate sleeps 8 guests across equestrian-themed bedrooms, designed for double-date weekends, couples retreats, small family getaways, friend-group trips, and wellness escapes.
The Layout
Built for double dates and groups of 8. The main level features two king-size bedrooms — one with a private en-suite bath, the other with a dedicated hall bath — so two couples can each enjoy a true primary suite experience. Upstairs, a loft sleeps an additional four with a twin-over-twin bunk and a queen sleeper sofa, making the cabin equally well-suited for families with kids, friend groups bringing a third couple, or a pair of couples traveling with one set of children.
Where you'll spend your time
The Pool Deck & Pool Bar. A private outdoor pool anchored by a covered pool bar with a flat-screen TV and built-in fridge — bring what you want to drink, ice it down, and the bar becomes whatever you make of it. The hub of the property and the most-photographed feature.
The Spa & Wellness Zone.
A complete spa circuit including a dry sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub. Paired with an outdoor gym and a dedicated yoga lawn, this is a wellness retreat as much as it is a luxury cabin rental.
The Game Room.
Indoor entertainment for evenings or rainy days — a regulation 9-foot shuffleboard table (tournament-length, the real deal) and a vintage arcade game keep things going long after dinner.
Outdoor Entertainment.
A wood-burning fire pit, horseshoe pit, hammocks suspended between the pines, and multiple outdoor seating clusters scattered across the property so every guest has a favorite corner.
The Wildlife Deck.
A private deer feeder draws whitetail deer most mornings and evenings, with wild turkey flocks regularly passing through the surrounding pines — all viewable from the back deck. Coffee-with-the-wildlife is a guest favorite.
The Bedrooms.
Designed in a high-end equestrian aesthetic inspired by classic American horse racing — rich leather, brass accents, vintage racing silks, and refined velvet textures. Every room photographs as well as it lives.
