You’re welcomed by a bright hallway leading into a generous open-plan living zone designed for everyday comfort and connection. The home blends clean architectural lines with warm timber flooring and quality finishes, creating an elegant yet relaxed space.

The main living room is spacious and relaxed, with a large HD TV and plenty of seating for family movie nights. Upstairs, a second living room creates the perfect breakout space for kids to hang out while adults enjoy some quiet time downstairs. The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, espresso machine and all the essentials for easy family meals. The indoor dining area flows straight from the kitchen, making it simple to gather everyone together at the table. Split-system heating and cooling keep things comfortable year-round (please note the decorative gas fireplace is not operational).

Sliding doors open to the backyard, where the real fun begins. The private pool, solar heated and perfect for warm Melbourne afternoons, while the outdoor kitchen and gas BBQ make dinners effortless. There’s a dedicated outdoor dining area overlooking the pool, creating a relaxed holiday vibe, while sun loungers and landscaped surrounds create that resort-style setting. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a swim or beach trip.

Upstairs, you'll find the inviting primary bedroom, complete with a spacious king bed and its own ensuite. Bedrooms two and three are perfect for accommodating family or friends, each featuring comfortable double beds. The main bathroom, with its relaxing bathtub and shower, is designed for moments of tranquillity, while a convenient powder room downstairs adds to the home's functional charm. A separate laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer makes life a breeze.

At the front of the home, a dedicated office awaits, providing a peaceful workspace with reliable Wi-Fi—perfect for remote work or focused study. Parking is simple with a garage and driveway space for two vehicles.

Please note that the built-in wardrobe in the primary bedroom is locked and not available for guest use, but there is a freestanding robe available.

Grab coffee at Little Tommy Tucker or District Brewer, enjoy casual dining along Centre Road’s vibrant café strip, and stock up at Coles or Woolworths Bentleigh. Bentleigh Station is within easy reach for quick trips into Melbourne CBD, making it easy to balance relaxed suburban living with city adventures.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.

Guests will need to bring their own pool towels, as these are not provided.

If you use the outdoor kitchen and BBQ, please leave the BBQ clean after use. If it is left unclean on check-out, an additional $75 cleaning fee will apply.

Plastic cups and crockery are provided in the outdoor kitchen cupboards for use outside. Please use these when dining or drinking outdoors, and do not take indoor glasses or crockery outside.
