We are pleased to present Las Casas de San Félix by Charming 4, a renovated loft-style studio located in one of Madrid’s most up-and-coming neighborhoods, just a short walk from the famous Madrid Río Park. Our accommodation is perfect for travelers who wish to discover Madrid from a more local perspective while remaining close to the city center.
Las Casas de San Félix 4features underfloor cooling and air conditioning, ensuring the perfect temperature all year round. The studio also has access to a shared terrace areawith another studio, accessible via a spiral staircase.
The studio offers an open-plan living room and kitchen areaequipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, and a full selection of kitchen utensils and tableware. In addition, the loft includes a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
