World Class fly fishing! 10 minutes to Whole Foods & City Market and amazing restaurants. Ideally situated minutes from activities yet far enough away to have privacy and beautiful views!!
The Space:
Oversized windows and cathedral ceilings throughout this beautifully framed home with all the mountain ranges from every room. Radiant heat flooring, Central AC and exposed beams, RH furnishings, super open concept floor plan!
Well equipped gourmet kitchen features granite, Viking Range, Subzero Refrigerator & all the high end appliances you will need to create your culinary masterpiece! Nespresso Vertuo and regular coffee pot. All basic spices/ condiments. Four smart TV's, BOSE soundbar, **RING doorbell with camera on entry and driveway** Livingroom is equipped with a gas fire place. Heated garage for your use. SPA ROBES and super spacious hot tub with ALL the views!!! We also have a brand new massage chair!! Come & Play!!!

Entire Home, only exception is the storage area above garage.
The garage is heated and available for your use, no garage door openers available because past visitors have left them in their rental car.
The Neighborhood:
Missouri Heights homes all have 3-5 acres minimum so you have lots of privacy!! This neighborhood is also home to many horse lovers & stables!!
5 minutes down to Hwy 82
Getting Around:
There are buses on HWY 82 (5 minutes down the road) to take you to Aspen, Snowmass Village & Glenwood Springs!!
Other Things to Note:
This space has a strict NO SMOKING policy. If the smell of tobacco is detected after your stay, you will be responsible for mitigating, deep cleaning and professional Ozone treatment.
