Villa La Serena has a great location at the heart of Calan Porter, just a short walk away from mini markets, restaurants and bars. This detached 3 bedroom villa offers an inviting outdoor space, with a furnished pool terrace and BBQ area, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining whilst taking in the brilliant surroundings. The beautiful family-friendly beach of Calan Porter, tucked away in its own cove is just a 10 minute walk away and is a perfect place to spend days relaxing in the sun. WiFi and air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge are included.
Villa La Serena has an ideal location, very close to the centre of Calan Porter, with all amenities easily accessible within walking distance. There are a variety of restaurants across the town and a great choice of beachside bars to spend relaxing evenings in. The famous Caves of Xoroi bar is a 10 minutes’ walk away and features brilliant sea views whilst enjoying a drink as the sun sets.
Main pool: 8 x 4 mtr, 0.9 - 1.9 mtr depth.
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
