Sometimes you just need a little break—whether it’s all to yourself, as a couple, or with the whole family (four-legged companions welcome). Here, you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for:
At our hotel, you’ll find the perfect accommodations for any stay. We offer comfortable single rooms, cozy double rooms, spacious triple rooms, and roomy quadruple rooms.
Whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, with your family, or in a small group—you’ll enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, modern comforts, and a relaxing stay with us. We look forward to welcoming you.
We offer numerous workshops in the areas of bodywork, voice training, coaching, and yodeling. We also offer courses on fermentation, herbal medicine, health lectures, and topics related to personal responsibility.
Many events have already been pre-booked, as well as several retreats that you’re welcome to join.
We look forward to welcoming all warm-hearted people who help shape the path of the Post, both actively and passively.
We offer breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. For groups of 8 or more, we’re also happy to provide breakfast during the week upon request.

Our cozy and lovingly furnished double rooms, measuring approximately 18 m², can accommodate up to two people and are also ideal for solo travelers.
They feature a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom, heating, and a cozy sitting area—perfect for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The quiet and inviting atmosphere ensures that you’ll feel completely at home during your stay.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
