The main living space is the showpiece of this home, with soaring cathedral ceiling, open fireplace, 10-seat dining table and a gourmet entertainer’s kitchen - including 120cm ILVE oven, integrated fridge /freezer, additional wall oven, Vintec and a butler’s pantry with another fridge/freezer and induction cooktop. There is also a second living room with a huge, comfortable lounge and smart TV for movie nights or children to enjoy some time away.



Outside, the home provides a fully-tiled heated pool and spa, outdoor open fireplace, built-in bbq, outdoor shower and large travertine paved area against a beautiful backdrop of landscaped gardens. The home is located in one of Sorrento’s premier pockets – the licensed St Paul’s General Store is a 3-minute walk around the corner for all of your morning coffee, breakfast/lunch, wine and gourmet produce needs. The iconic restaurants and shops of Ocean Beach Road are a short stroll away; the Peninsula’s sought-after sand, swimming and surf also an easy walk - whilst a picturesque, short drive takes you to wineries, golf courses, day spas and mineral springs.
