Enjoy the fenced backyard and outdoor furniture during the warmer months. Guests also have access to the private Skyland community beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful waters of Lake Tahoe.

Maximum of 4 vehicles. Please park only in designated areas.
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
No parties or gatherings. Celebrations, events, or gatherings are not permitted at any time.
No smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
No pets.
Quiet hours: 9 PM-8 AM. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and avoid excessive noise during these hours.
Responsible guest: The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
