Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire townhome, private hot tub, private patio, and shared community amenities including the outdoor pool and clubhouse. On-site parking is reserved for up to 2 vehicles (1 space in the covered carport labeled 1725, and 1 space directly behind it in the uncovered driveway).



The Neighborhood:

In the summer months, Park City turns into a lush, high-alpine paradise filled with outdoor concerts, farmers markets, and endless adventure. Our neighborhood sits near hundreds of miles of gold-level mountain biking and hiking trails, scenic alpine slides, and championship golf courses. Spend sunny mornings hiking nearby ridgelines or paddleboarding at Jordanelle Reservoir, followed by afternoon dips in the community pool right within our complex.

Downtown Main Street hosts weekly street events, sidewalk sales, and open-air dining under the sun. You can catch live outdoor music, visit nearby state parks, or explore the historic exhibits at Utah Olympic Park. It is the perfect blend of active outdoor recreation and relaxed mountain culture.



Getting Around:

Getting around during summer is fast and easy. The free Park City bus stop right outside our complex on Highway 224 offers quick transit to Main Street, local parks, trailheads, and shopping centers. Bikers will love the nearby paved multi-use paths connecting directly across town. On-site parking accommodates up to 2 vehicles (1 covered space labeled 1725, with 1 uncovered space directly behind it), making day trips to nearby reservoirs or neighboring mountain towns completely convenient.



Other Things to Note:

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please keep in the mind the private hot tub is serviced in between stays, which includes chemical balancing and at times draining and refilling the water. There is a chance that the hot tub will not be completely up to temperature on the first night of your arrival.



A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
