Studio A is located on a four unit property with shared walls, driveways, and outdoor space. There are designated entrances and parking spaces for each unit.
Other things to note
-If your group needs more than one unit, Studio B (next door on same property) sleeps 2 guests as well and can be booked in addition. Message the host directly to coordinate the opening of the double lock door that separates Studio A from Studio B for your specific booking.
-Both Studio A and Studio B have their own separate, private attached full bathrooms. They are NOT shared bathrooms.
ADDITIONAL CANCELATION POLICY NOTES: If your reservation is canceled 5 days or more prior to your check in date, we are happy to issue a refund. Please note the 3% AirBnB Service Fee will be deducted from your refund. If reservation is canceled less than 5 days before your check in date, no refunds will be issued.
