🏘️Multi-Unit Property
The Palm Villa Estate combines both units of the property — the upstairs Canopy Villa and downstairs Garden Villa — into one exclusive booking. This is the whole house, ideal for multiple families traveling together, milestone celebrations, or larger groups of friends who want private space to spread out while still gathering under one roof.

🔊 Noise Policy
We ask all guests to be mindful of the homes around us. We want you to relax, celebrate, and make the most of your stay — just keep noise at a considerate level at all times, and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

🐾 Pet Policy
We love pets—but this property is not pet-friendly.
Unauthorized pets may result in:
• Cancellation of your reservation
• Additional cleaning fees and/or fines

🚭 Smoking Policy
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
Outdoor smoking is permitted, but please ensure doors/windows are closed and smoke does not enter the home.
Violations may result in a $500+ fee.

⏰Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 10:00 AM to allow our team to prepare for the next guests.
Unauthorized late checkouts may incur a minimum $150 fee.

👥 Guest Guidelines

• No outside visitors without prior approval
• Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced
• This home is not suitable for parties or events

Guests without prior reviews may be asked to submit a $500 refundable deposit, which is released after checkout if no issues occur.

• Exterior security cameras are in use
• There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home

• Please use designated bins only
• Do not use neighboring properties’ bins

🚗 Parking
• Combined off-street parking across two driveways, up to 5 vehicles total
• Do not block neighbors or mailboxes
