This cottage sits in a quiet residential pocket of Pensacola's Navy Point/Warrington area, just outside NAS Pensacola-a convenient, family-friendly home base for exploring the Gulf Coast.
Beaches & Outdoors
Some of Florida's most beautiful beaches are a short drive away. Pensacola Beach, on Santa Rosa Island, is known for its emerald-green waters and white-sand beaches, while Perdido Key offers quieter sugar-white sand. Nature lovers can visit Big Lagoon State Park at 12301 Gulf Beach Highway and Johnson Beach on the Gulf Islands National Seashore. For time on the water, Galvez Landing Boat Ramp off Galvez Road offers convenient access to the Intracoastal Waterway, Big Lagoon, and Perdido Bay, with two boat ramps, a kayak launch, picnic tables, and fishing areas.
Eat
The area is full of casual, family-friendly dining. Nearby you'll find the Shrimp Basket on Navy Blvd, open 11am-9pm daily, along with Waffle House, Firehouse Subs, and local favorites for seafood and comfort food. Toward Perdido Key and the beaches, popular spots include Fisherman's Corner Seafood Restaurant and Islander Food Shack.
Shop & Do
Everyday shopping, grocery stores, and errands are just minutes away along Navy Boulevard and New Warrington Road. Families can enjoy the region's many parks, beaches, boat ramps, and outdoor activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkeling. Downtown Pensacola, with its historic districts and Seville Square, is an easy drive for a day of sightseeing.
Guests park in the driveway, which fits about four cars. Enter through the front: two steps and a small third step up into the enclosed, screened front porch, then into the living room. A lockbox is located at the front gate-entry details will be sent to you privately before arrival. Please note there are exterior Ring cameras (at the shed and driveway) for security; none are inside the home.
