Enjoy a mountain getaway in the heart of Snowshoe Ski Resort at Summit 306A, a welcoming 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo designed for families and groups seeking easy access to adventure and resort amenities. Set in the Summit area, this comfortable retreat blends the convenience of a prime resort location with a relaxed, home-like feel that makes it easy to settle in after a day on the slopes or trails.
Inside, the condo offers space for up to 8 guests with a versatile bedroom layout that includes a queen bed, a double bed, and bunk beds—ideal for guests traveling with children or larger groups. The open living area provides a cozy place to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together, while the dining space and fully equipped kitchen make meals simple and convenient. Guests have access to a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and dining essentials, giving you everything needed for easy breakfasts, après-ski snacks, or full home-cooked dinners.

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
