Moondah Retreat — Pool, Games Room, Mt Eliza

Moondah Retreat is the sort of house where the whole group actually fits. Mornings on the covered alfresco with the fan turning, afternoons in the pool, evenings around the fire pit or over a frame of pool. A quiet Mt Eliza street, a fully fenced 947sqm block, and an elevated deck looking out over the treetops. Five bedrooms, sleeps ten. Ten minutes to the village and the beaches, an easy run to the wineries. Room to spread out, yet close to everything.

A generous two-storey family home built for groups. Downstairs, a formal lounge opens to the dining room, with a second living area beyond and a games room with a full-size pool table that spills straight out to the alfresco. The kitchen runs on gas with a stone splashback, wine storage and room for several cooks at once. There`s a separate study if someone needs to work.

Five bedrooms are spread across both levels, so families and couples each get their own corner of the house.

Outside is where this house earns its keep. A deep covered alfresco with outdoor lounge, hanging chair and ceiling fan looks over the pool. Built-in BBQ, level lawn for games, and a fire pit for the evening. Upstairs, a raised deck catches the afternoon light and the view over the treetops.

This property is self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:

Linen:
• Bed Linen including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen

A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet rolls per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes

• Flat sheets

• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.

• Shampoo and conditioner.
• Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.

WIFI: Please note that while wifi is provided and is normally stable issues beyond our control may effect speed and connection. In peak summer the population of the Mornington Peninsula increases considerably and internet speeds across the peninsula can be effected although this has not be so noticeable in recent years as it had been historically.

Important Pool Information

The pool is solar heated, which means it is dependent on sunshine to heat it and the temperature cannot be guaranteed. In consideration of neighbours, the pool is available between 9am and 9pm daily.

Pool safety — please read

The pool is used entirely at your own risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when anywhere near the pool, including when it is not in use. Never swim alone, and never enter the pool after drinking alcohol. No diving, no glass in the pool area, and please keep the gate closed where one is fitted. Neither the owner nor Dreams Holiday Homes accepts responsibility for any injury or loss arising from use of the pool.
