Sometimes it doesn’t take much to escape the daily grind for a moment: a place to call home, plenty of light, the proximity to the water, and the feeling of being at home right away.
Step inside and let your vacation begin.
The “Treibholz” vacation rental is located on the first floor of a modern, newly built, and well-maintained apartment building. As soon as you step into the bright stairwell, you’ll be greeted by a friendly and inviting atmosphere. And this feeling continues throughout the entire apartment.
Arrive and feel right at home
A coat rack in the entryway offers space for jackets, shoes, and everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
From here, you step directly into the heart of the apartment: the bright and lovingly furnished living and dining area.
The large windows let daylight pour into the room, creating a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. The apartment was designed with great attention to detail. Nautical colors and carefully selected decorations throughout remind you of the apartment’s proximity to the North Sea and give it its very special character.
The light-colored sofa and cozy armchair invite you to put your feet up, read a good book, or wind down the evening in front of the TV. Through the large windows, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the patio and the small garden time and again.

The open, modern kitchen blends harmoniously into the living area, making the space a wonderful gathering place for time spent together.
It’s fully equipped and offers everything you need for your vacation kitchen and hassle-free self-catering.

The bright bathroom features a window and a walk-in shower that combine comfort and functionality. Here, too, great emphasis was placed on creating a beautiful, welcoming ambiance—after all, a vacation is all about feeling completely at ease.
The washing machine in the separate storage room provides additional convenience. There you’ll also find additional practical storage space.
All rooms in the vacation rental have electric exterior roller shutters that can be conveniently controlled by remote.
We’ve even thought of your bicycles and your electric car
A separate shed is available for your bicycles. There, your bicycles can be stored safely and, of course, charged as well.
And if you’re arriving in an electric vehicle, another special amenity awaits you: A charging station for your electric car is available free of charge at your own parking space.

The Wangermeer is an idyllic recreational lake on the North Sea coast. Despite its name, it is not a sea, but an artificially created lake with clear water and a maritime atmosphere.
Here, visitors can take a relaxing swim, soak up the sun on the sandy beach, or enjoy numerous recreational activities such as stand-up paddleboarding, pedal boating, and walks along the shore.
The Wangermeer combines relaxation, nature, and activity—perfect for a varied vacation or a relaxing day trip.
Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the package nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.
High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 dish towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
