Welcome to our comfortable 43 m² villa, located in the secure 'Hameau de Soleil' residence in Vendres-Plage. Access to the residence is controlled by a key fob, providing peace of mind throughout your stay.

The villa is set within a small cluster of four houses and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It is ideally located between Vendres-Plage and Valras-Plage, making it the perfect base for a relaxing beach holiday or exploring the beautiful Occitanie region.

The villa offers:

* A small bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, with a small window opening onto the lounge area.
* A mezzanine with a second double bed and a wardrobe.
* A comfortable living area with air conditioning and a sofa bed (clic-clac).
* A fully equipped kitchen / dining area with everything you need to prepare meals.
* A bathroom with shower and WC.

Outside, you'll find a shaded private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast, relaxing with a drink or dining outdoors. A barbecue is also available for your use.

Beach & Swimming Pool:

One of the villa's biggest advantages is its location. A pedestrian path at the end of the residence leads directly to the beautiful sandy beach in around 5 minutes (approximately 300 metres). As access is directly from the residence, there are no main roads to cross, making it especially convenient for families.

Guests also have access to the private residents' swimming pool, supervised by a lifeguard during the summer season. Please note that the pool is reserved exclusively for residents and guests, and there are no sun loungers.

Shops & Restaurants

For everyday essentials, there is a small supermarket and fresh bread depot at Les Vagues Campsite , approximately 400 metres away. A bakery is also within walking distance, while larger supermarkets are just a 5-minute drive.

Things to Do Nearby:

The area is lively throughout July and August, with plenty of entertainment, markets and restaurants in nearby Valras-Plage and Vendres.

There are numerous activities for all ages, including:

Travelling with a Dog?

Dogs are welcome in the villa. During the summer season, dogs are permitted on the designated section of Vendres beach, between the beach bar Le Chichoulet and the rocks at the end of the harbour. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the main beach at Valras-Plage during the high season nor the closest beach to the residence.
