Whispering Sands at Magenta is a beautifully appointed two-level retreat designed for unforgettable coastal escapes. Take in breathtaking panoramic ocean views, relax across multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, and enjoy generous open-plan interiors perfect for families and groups. From May to September, you can even spot the annual whale migration from the comfort of the property.
Guests have access to the resort facilities at Magenta Shores, including the championship golf course (golf link number and registered handicap required), tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, playground, and the Pullman restaurant and bar. The nearby towns of The Entrance, Norah Head, Toukley and Noraville are all within a 10-minute drive, offering an excellent selection of caf s, restaurants, shops, beaches and family-friendly attractions. Accommodating up to eight guests, Whispering Sands at Magenta is an ideal choice for those seeking space, comfort and a memorable beachfront getaway.
* On entry level, you are welcomed into a light-filled, open plan, kitchen/living area with direct access to the alfresco dining area.
* Modern kitchen, fully equipped with top of the range Miele appliances, dishwasher, gas stove and ZIP tap with chilled and boiling water.
* Outside, enjoy the covered alfresco dining to seat 10, ceiling fan, outdoor kitchen with bar fridge, sink, BBQ and the large, fully fenced yard, perfect for the kids to play.
* Four spacious bedrooms, including two with ensuite bathrooms, and each with built in wardrobes and private access to the balcony or patio.
* Upstairs, you`ll find the expansive second lounge room that leads out to the rear facing balcony with comfortable outdoor seating and ocean views.
* Full internal laundry with ironing facilities, washing machine and dryer.
* Other features include high speed internet, ducted air conditioning throughout, multiple smart TV`s, telescope, and board games.
* Off-street parking available for 2 vehicles in the driveway (garage is not available for guests use).
* Direct beach access is via a walking track, just a short stroll from the house.
* All linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
