Private: natural state property 550 m2, meadow, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 12 km, supermarket 12 km, bus stop "Fiskland" 5 km, railway station "Marnadal stasjon" 53 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 85 m, sandy beach "Ørevannet" 3 km, rocky beach "Storavatnet" 2.5 km.
